   In my Nar Anon 12 step programs, a common slogan is “let it start with me” - referring to let the healing begin with me versus focusing on the addicted love one.
   Yes, this book is a must read for every IFS therapist, - opening our minds to flexibility and wisdom “under the influence” of Self energy. However, the information will do nothing for us, unless we have the courage and humility to let the healing begin with us.

   Excellent book on IFS. Well written, and accessible to the non specialist - I'm a yoga teacher and musician without any formal psychology training, and found it very readable. Each chapter is written by a different practitioner, and so the book as a whole offers a remarkably diverse range of case studies and individual approaches.
