This book is amazing. I took the test to evaluate my level of nervous system dysfunction. The high level starts at 67 and I scored a 91, yep I got issues. I think so many people are stuck in Fight or Flight and anxiety is through the roof. I know I am. This book though gets into what is happening in your body and mind and has exercises to normalize and calm your nervous system. This book is a gem!!!
