If it isn't obvious yet I highly recommend this book. But I also strongly suggest that you try her methodology as is, without skimming the book or tweaking the methodology, if you really want to explore what it might do for you.
I have gotten to the part where Anna shares her technique for conquering anxiety and resentment. As I practice the techniques, I feel like my spirit is slowly being lifted, old thoughts of what I used to think or be like are coming back to me. I’m feeling more love towards my partner, I feel myself wanting to work with my hands again, and my heart feels lighter.
I’m not done with the book and i haven’t done the technique for a long time but i can feel things changing in my mind.
