    I really liked this book. I am currently studying the Level 4 Therapeutic Diploma in Counselling and this book has been really helpful to me. We only covered it briefly in the course so having an entire book is really beneficial.

    Its easy to read and follow, informative and has furthered my study.

    I'm fairly new to the subject of CBT, having recently required this myself (as a patient, not a practitioner), and this book is a really good guide to how it works and the key parts of therapy that can be used. As Dummies books normally are, it's well laid-out and easy to read, and manages to start with the basics without being patronising. Useful.
