Very readable!
The text is comprehensive re: the basics of all talk therapy rapport issues. My only concern was the lack of any consideration of malingering or non-medical gain. Otherwise this is as compete a manual as I have seen for structuring the nature of the helping relationship. Will definitely get use in my reference library.
